AIMS Upgrade Policy
Unlike many software vendors, we do not charge an upgrade fee for AIMS.
If you purchase AIMS now you will receive FREE of charge upgrades to it and
also a free upgrade to Visual AIMS when it is released.
Visual AIMS is due to be released in a number of versions, each with varying functionality.
The free upgrade will be to a version that is comparable to the current version
of AIMS in functionality.
The free upgrades are obtainable via our web site.
If you would like upgrades on CD there is a small charge to cover the production
of the CD and postage.
Why do we not charge for upgrades?
- We believe that it is in our interest for you to have the latest version
of AIMS since this helps you, and if you are happy then you will recommend the
program to friends and colleagues.
- It provides us with an easier product to support since all our users are
using the same version.
